The new version of Datenpool brings many new features that significantly improve plan management and enable online attachment editing with Microsoft Office 365.

CHANGES/ ENHANCEMENTS

1. new arrangement of function buttons

To ensure that the function buttons in a container are always in view, the position of the buttons has been moved to the top. The buttons now remain fixed at the top of the window even when scrolling down and are always accessible.

2. send infomail and close container

It was previously necessary to close the container manually after sending an Infomail.
Now you can send the infomail and close the container with one click.

3. automatic imprint of the QR code

A QR code can now be configured for each container, which is automatically imprinted in each pdf attachment during upload. This QR code can then be used to query the status of the attachment – e.g. a plan. This makes it possible to check at any time whether the plan is still valid.

4. insert watermark for conditional release

For each plan type, it is now possible to set that the status of the plan is inserted as a watermark in the pdf plan during a workflow check with conditional release. This way, all project participants can be reliably informed about the conditional release.

5. office 365 integration for online editing

Online editing of Office documents in Datenpool is now done with Office 365.  This ensures optimal support for editing Office documents up to co-editing – with all known functions from Office 365.

6. the following known bugs have been fixed in the current version

– Incorrect name check for new folders corrected
– Error in creating FileData field fixed
– Corrections in folder administration
– Correction in workflow regression for configurable workflows
– Translation error in export dialog in Ukrainian language
– Multiupload – disable buttons after upload started
