Single sign-on is just one of many new features that make v9.5.0 of Datenpool so interesting. Keep reading to find out more.
CHANGES/ EXTENSIONS
1. Single sign-on (SSO)
We’ve made a short explanation video explaining what SSO is and what it does.
2. Workflow reviewers get full access for edited container
The only part that workflow reviewers could not edit is the access control; until now, that is. An active workflow reviewer can now fully edit the access control, adding new full access entries for example.
3. Improved search in infomail dialog
In order to make selecting mail recipients easier, we’ve completely overhauled the search in infomail dialogs, greactly increasing the usability in the process.
4. Comments area automatically expanded
If comments exist for a given container, the comments are will be expanded automatically.
5. Virtually differentiate between address book groups
The address book can be used to create own address book groups consisting of address book persons. Those groups are now highlighted.
6. Using a signature without enabled mail module
Until now a signature could only be configured if the mail module was enabled in that particular Datenpool. That has been changed and signatures can now be used irrespective of the mail module.
7. Using address book groups in infomails
Address book groups created by a user can now be selected as recipients in infomails. That enables an even more personalized and flexible usage of groups.
